What is your return policy?
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange (if due to our error) within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).

How do I know when my order will arrive?
• Airmail: Airmail will take 10-21 working days from your order date for delivery. If you order the paintings, it will take 7-8 days to paint your painting before delivery.
• EMS: Allow 5-10 working days from your order date for delivery.
